We understand that it’s tricky to choose between scented candles at the best of times, especially when you can’t pick them up and smell them. We totally get it!
We don’t create candles we don’t like…first of all. But here’s a quick guide to every scent we have on our website, including our OG collection of scents, which you can find in the Main Collection.
The fragrance oils we use in our candles and diffusers are the same, meaning you can have great scent any time of year in any room of the house. Our fragrance oils are also vegan and cruelty free as they are not tested on animals. However, some fragrance oils are not suitable for diffusers, if your desired scent is not advertised in a diffuser, contact us.

Makes Scents Candles, Main Collection Scents
Tonka & Tobacco Flower: Popular with guys for its masculine notes of vanilla mixed with smoky Tobacco Flower. Scent Notes: Freesia, Ginger, Bergamot, Tonka bean, White flowers, Sweet Patchouli flowers, Tobacco flower.

A Touch of Magic: This is an exquisite hotel fragrance inspired by a hotel famous for embracing mice ✨🏰. An elegant, delicate scent perfect for a living room or bedroom. Spring Scents
Chasing Rainbows: Rose and Pink Pepper, a strong floral fragrance that's rich and warm. Scent Notes: Mandarin, Blackcurrant, Plum, Damson, Lily, Rose, Carnation, Amber, Sandalwood, Cedarwood.
Fresh Start: Clean Cotton. This is the scent of fresh laundry bottled. Crisp clean and simple. It has a coastal breeze freshness and would be great in any bathroom or utility. Scent Notes: Herbs, Citrus, Lily, Orange Blossom, Jasmine, Woods, Amber, Musk.
Summer Scents
After Dark: The main scent is Pomegranate & Sweet Berry. Sweet with real depth and a peppery undertone. An intriguing scent, universally popular. Juicy plum, Pomegranate, Fresh Rose, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Violet leaf, Spices and Vanilla.
Island Getaway: Orange, Bergamot & Amber. Inspired by the islands of the Seychelles. This scent is used in our diffusers and is a dreamy edition to our Makes Scents range. Almond really comes through on this one too. Bergamot, Orange, Amber, Coconut, Vanilla, Almond.
In the Tropics: Coconut & Lime. These is a summer favourite it reminds us of being on the beach with suncream or in a pool bar sipping cocktails. With this in mind we think it's the perfect scent for our 'Get Lit' birthday candles as its the perfect ‘get ready with me’ scent. Coconut, Lime, Lemon, Lime juice, Ginger, Verbena blossom, Vanilla bean, White cedar, Nude musk.
Sunsets & Surf spray: Grapefruit & Sea salt. A vibrant fresh fruity scent. This is a really zingy fragrance that is ideal for bathrooms and kitchens as it provides a real lift and pick me up. Strong and long lasting but not over powering. Sea salt, Pink Grapefruit, Pink ginger, Apple, Lemon zest, Lily of the valley, Black pepper, Geranium, Clary sage, Amber, Cedar, Vanilla bean.
Pomegranate and Sweet Berry: This scent can be found in our extra large wooden wick candles, it's similar to our Blackberry & Bay Leaf scent but has more greenery and nettle fragrance. Scent Notes: Berries, Blackcurrant, Green leaves, Geranium, Rose, Moss, Musk, Woods.
Winter Scents from our Winterburn Collection
For Autumn Winter we released scents in Winter Spice, Apple & Cinnamon and Pumpkin Spice. This year we plan to bring these ever so popular scents back with a few new additions. These aren’t overly festive, they will carry you through the entire Autumn Winter season. These drop onto our website every September until January.
Pumpkin Spice: One of our favourites for embracing the crisp sunny mornings and changing leaf colour. Orange, Pumpkin, Peach, Plum, Cinnamon, Clove, Jasmine, Rose, Musk.
Winter Spice: A beautifully warm and cosy scent that is a gorgeous accompaniment to any home throughout the winter months.
